• Audience recording. You can hear all the instruments, but the recording sounds distant with no dynamic range. The audio is also distorted at times, possibly from the sound being too loud. You can also hear the crowd singing along at times. There is some chatter but not much.

• "Hang 'Em High" was performed live for the first time since 1982!
• The front artwork shows the entire stage, lightning ride, and the big screen. There is a ADKOT VH logo with "3.11.2012" text in place of the title. The TD Garden logo and location of the show is at the bottom.
• The rear artwork is a shot of the whole stage taken from the floor, a few heads can be seen. The track listing is in white text along the left side in italics, and the recording information is at the bottom. The name of the taper is misspelled.
