• This is a terrific recording. One of the first nights of the 1981 Fair Warning tour and the band delivers, including a cover of "Lucille" (a Little Richard song).
• Cover art is a drawing Van Halen fan, Rick Keene made. A picture of the Providence Civic Center is in the upper right corner. The location and date of the show is in the upper left.
• The inside back is a portion of the Fair Warning artwork, over top of which are some notes about the show, and information about who created the artwork.
• The rear artwork background is an old red and yellow Van Halen logo sew-on patch. The set list is in black text over top. The lower right has a seating chart for the venue.
• Released in March 2006.
