• Lineage: unknown gen cass>CDR(?)>EAC(secure/offset)>WAV>FLAC
• Small clicks between Disc 1 Tracks 8&9, 10-13. Disc 2 Tracks 4&5, 6&7. There's a small "blip" Disc 1 Track 3 at the 0:04 mark.
• The tail end of Disc 1 Track 8 fades out, and the bass solo is completely omitted. Disc 2 Track 3 fades out and is cut.
• Disc 1 Track 14 (Somebody Get Me A Doctor / I'm So Glad) cuts as the band is about to start up SGMAD again. Another cut is before the end of the track, which picks up with audience cheering.
• Disc 2 Track 3 (Guitar Solo) is cut.
• Disc 2 Track 4 (Ain't Talkin' 'Bout Love) has a cut in the aud cheering.
• Disc 2 Track 5 Bottoms Up! has a cut in the aud cheering.
• There's a small flaw between Disc 1 Tracks 11&12...about 5 seconds of Dave's talking at the end of Track 11 is repeated again at the beginning of Track 12.
• Eddie's guitar cuts in and out on songs like "Romeo Delight" and "Somebody Get Me A Doctor." They must have had technical difficulties that night.
• This is not the "Down Down Down in Chicago" bootleg.
• Released in May 2004.
