• The show was shared with a portion of the opening set from Kool & the Gang. This accounts for the FLAC fingerprints showing Disc2 and Disc3 for Van Halen.
• The front artwork shows Dave and Edward on stage. Edward is playing a red & white striped custom Charvel guitar. The VH logo is red and centered above them. The logo for the venue along with the show date and city are at the bottom.
• The rear artwork contains multiple film-strip images of the band from the show along with the track listing and the "recorded by" information. Note that the artwork lists the taper as "unknown".
• Alternate front artwork is the same as the original artwork but with the addition of a Kool & the Gang logo.
• Alternate rear artwork lists the Kool & the Gang tracks in addition to the VH tracks. Also, the film-strip images along the left side have been replaced with shots of Kool & the Gang.
