• Probably the worst recording of Van Halen ever made! Largely distorted, with the instruments bleeding over each other creating one morass of sound that is largely unlistenable. Only Roth's vocals stand out, and they are distorted too. A rare, but entirely cacophonous recording. The poor recording makes it difficult to discern or analyze this show. The clearest feature is a young woman who lets go of an ear-shattering scream now and then. The only somewhat clear moments are Ed's isolated guitar work on Take Your Whiskey Home, Women in Love and the Spanish Fly/ Guitar Solo. He plays hauntingly during his solo, the only part of tape that provided prolonged clarity.
