• Audience recording. Eds guitar is high in the mix, Dave is low in the mix. Not much on the low end either.
• Front cover shows the "bow" shot from opening night in Charlotte with a border of red/white/black stripes. The show information is in white text along the bottom. An early version of this cover had the wrong date (27th) on it.
• Back cover is black with the track listing in white text and a large classic Van Halen logo in the middle.
• An alternate cover contains a photo of the band at the August 13th press conference on a purple background. The back is purple and red with the track listing in black text along with a live photo and the Rolling Stone photo that was the first one released of this version of the band.
• A second alternate cover has a black background, the classic VH logo along with venue name and date of show. There is a red/white/black striped guitar laying down with our view being from the tail end with with the neck in the distance. The back cover shows the bow shot from opening night in Charlotte along with the track listing for both discs.
• Another set of artwork calls this release "Second Eruption", eluding to this being the second night of the tour. The cover shows the intro image from van-halen.com along with a black logo and show name. The rear cover shows the track listing down one side with the main body occupied by the lineup, show title, venue, date and taper information.
