Notes

• Cover uses the brown/gold colored VH swirl logo on a speckled background. Aligned horizontally across the middle of the cover are the 4 colored pictures of Al, Sammy, Mike, and Ed from inside the Balance booklet.
• The back cover has the track listings and a picture of the band after a concert. Hand in hand, their arms are raised. Mike is wearing a Beavis and Butthead shirt. Sammy and Al are shirtless. Ed has a towel in one hand.
• Disc one is white with a few markings on it. Disc 2 is blue with similar markings on it.
• The audio quality is fantastic. Sounds like a soundboard recording. Very little audience noise. The jacket says these discs have "Real Stereo Sound".
• Tracks 1 and 2 of Disc 2 are combined in the liner notes, but are separate on disc.
• Track 1 of Disc 2 is Sammy doing some acoustical strumming on his guitar before he gets into his solo (track 2).
• Track 7 of Disc 2 starts with "Runnin' With The Devil", only for about 20 seconds.
