• Part way into "Romeo Delight", Dave stops the band to have the off-stage personnel make a change to something that was affecting his voice.
• At the start of "Dirty Movies", Dave stops the band so that the crew can come out and wipe up some beer someone threw on stage.
• Front artwork shows Dave and Edward on stage in front of the drums. The Tokyo Dome artwork serves as a background. The show name, venue, date and location are centered above the band members heads.
• Back artwork is a shot of all members on stage, with Dave and Ed sharing a friendly moment. The set list is above the band in red text. The band members and their role in the band is also present in red text.
• The discs have a color-reduced shot of Edward playing his reliced ivory guitar. The show title and disc number is in red text.
• The back of the front insert has individual shots of the band members in each of the four corners, with a red VH logo in the center. It is reminiscent of the cover of the debut album.
• The under-tray image is a solo shot of Edward playing his reliced ivory guitar.
• A limited number of discs came with a black sticker with red text on the CD case with a three digit number on it. Those stickered discs also came with a DVD from this show.
