• Audience recording, most likely taken from a 2nd generation source that was shared online in July 2016.
• Issued on 180gm clear vinyl, or black vinyl. Buyers had a choice of 2 clear LPs, 2 black LPs or one of each, when ordering.
• A total of 10 copies were made.
• Shipped with a Bonus DVD containing HD clips of the concert, w/frame by frame restoration.
• Cover art has a large shot of a bare-chested Dave with "Van Halen" above, and "Machismo In Fresno" below. The Mad Hatter logo is in the lower left.
• Back artwork has a shot of Dave bathed in red light. Text explains the significance of the show, and gives details on the included bonus DVD. The set list for all 4 sides is presented in blue text. A "limited edition clear vinyl" circle is in the lower right.
• LPs have the Mad Matter logo and set list on them.
• The Bonus DVD artwork has a white and black striped guitar surrounded by flames. The Mad Hatter logo is in the lower left, and there is text next to the guitar explaining the contents.
