• The first attempt at "(Oh) Pretty Woman" was aborted when Dave stopped the rest of the band and yelled at some audience members to stop fighting. The band re-started the song from the beginning once things were under control.
• During "Beautiful Girls", Dave has trouble with his microphone.
• Near the end of "Jump", the PA cut out for several seconds.
• The menu screen incorrectly lists the show date as March 19, 2012.
• Front cover shows Dave on stage looking out at the fight going on in the audience. The show title and VH logo are at the top, and the venue, city, and date on the show are at the bottom. The rear cover shows Edward with one of the custom Charvel guitars, and a small film-strip showing six images from the show. The set list is in white text. The sources are listed at the bottom.
