Notes

• The majority of the music is from the famous Pasadena Civic show on October 15, 1977. It's one of the most widely bootleged Van Halen shows.
• The last two tracks on Side B ("House of Pain" and "Runnin' With the Devil") are studio out-takes. "House of Pain" has different lyrics than what is on the "1984" record.
• The track names listed above are what is written on the artwork and LP label.
• The most widely distributed version of the cover art has a yellow background. Two party photos appear. The band name is in red in the upper right corner. The name of the LP is below that in green, and below the name is a blue spiked star. In the lower left quarant are more spiked stars, without color.
• An alternate, more rare, cover has the exact same content, but instead of a yellow background, it is all black.
• The back artwork is an odd take on the official artwork for the LP, "1984". A child appears to have angel wings, and has a large cigarette in its mouth and is holding a rope. The band members each have their own photo in the four corners. Ed in the upper left wearing white, seated at a white piano. Dave is in the upper right, shirt open and on stage. Alex is in the lower right sitting with some drum equipment. Michael is in the lower left surrounded by bass guitars.
• The LP is blank vinyl, and has a red label.
