Notes

Audience recording, source unknown. All songs fade in and fade out with the exception of the last two tracks. No mention of a city is made by Dave. Those that have heard this recording believe that it is a carefully edited version of the Jaap eden Hal show from Amsterdam on June 15th 1979 with "Bottoms Up" and "Joe Gunn" being from a different source.
This is a single black LP with a white label.
"Outta Love Again" is listed but it is not on the record.
There is a Guitar Solo on Side 2 that is not listed.
"Bottoms Up" and "Joe Gunn" ("The Story of Joe") are not separated, but "The Story of Joe" is incomplete. The song fades out when Dave says "this here's Joe motherf*cker!".
The cover is a wrap-around ivory colored paper copy. There are two pictures of the band circa 1979. Under one of the pictures it reads, "recorded live at the Boston Orpheum Theatre June 13, 1979". Under the other picture it reads, "Mothers Day Meltdown, Roxstarz-7902". It also has the old VH logo and a sticker that reads 9.99.
The back cover has the (incorrect) song listing and two old VH logos. Also stamped twice on the back is "LIMITED TO 250 COPIES". Once in the upper left corner of the cover itself, the other stamp is under the song listing. At the bottom it reads, "Unauthorized duplication is a violation of appliable law. Just say NO!".
An alternate cover exists with a black background, a shot of the band on stage, and the name of the band and title of the show in red text.
