Notes

• Audience recording taken from the master cassette (pictured on the art).
• Track 2, "BGM" presumably stands for Background Music.
• Track 9 is listed as "Hang 'Em High" on the artwork, but is actually "Down In Flames".
• Front artwork shows the band in Japan in front of a bus or van. Show location and date in a circle in the upper right. Title of show along the bottom.
• Inside is a grid of other releases, presumably from the same company.
• The OBI strip includes much of the basic information, plus an image of the 1978 Japanese tour book, and the set list written in Japanese.
• Back artwork is a collection of images. The band is standing outside a rural house, Dave with an umbrella. Two different flyers for the show are in the lower right. Pictures of the original cassette and J-card are shown, along with the setlist, Japan tour dates and recording ownership information.
• The CD has a background image of Eddie's red/white/black striped "Frankenstein" guitar.
• Two alternate covers exist. They both use the Japanese Rising Sun Flag as a background, but one has the first two tracks listed, and the other does not. "Down In Flames" is listed as "Last Night".
• An alternate back cover also uses the Rising Sun Flag, but superimposes a stage shot of the band, has the set list (minus the first two tracks) and a scan of a ticket stub. "Down In Flames" is listed as "Last Night".
• Two alternate disc artworks exist, mostly identical, but one has a ticket stub from the 21st, and the other a stub from the 22nd.
