Notes

• All of Disc 1 and Tracks 1-4 of Disc 2 are the Balance Pay-Per-View show that aired on Dec. 8, 1995 in the USA.
• Track 5 of Disc 2 is an interview from the 5150 studios.
• Track 6 of Disc 2 is from the Balance album launch broadcast on MTV.
• Tracks 7-10 of Disc 2 are videos from the Balance era.
• The Amsterdam video (track 10 of disc 2) is the edited version. (lyrics are slightly changed for MTV)
• Front cover shows Michael, Sammy and Edward jamming. Michael is cut off at the knees, Sammy is missing some fingers on his left hand and Edward is cut off at one knee and is missing the other.
• Back cover shows a promo shot of the band from the Balance era. Possibly the Japanese "hands" shot. Track listing with running times is shown in yellow and black.
• The discs have the same red marbled background as the rest of the packaging with the name of the band in large yellow letters above the hub and the location and date of the show in yellow below the hub.
