• Proshot video and soundboard audio. Quality is quite good, but is notably genned.
• Exact copy of the Deuce8pro/Skulljam9 release, but on a single-layer disc. In order to do that, the compression ratio of the video was ramped way up.

• Before "Cathedral", Dave sings a few lines from "God Bless the Child", originally by Billie Holiday.
• Front artwork says "Definitive Version" (it is not) at the top, it has a VH logo, a shot of the 4 band members, a copy of the US Festival program, and the title of the disc.
• Rear artwork has the band members listed, the track listing, the show details, and images of a tshirt, passes, and a ticket stub from the event.
• Disc artwork has the same band member image from the front cover, and the title of the disc.
• If you take the artwork out of the jewel case, you'll be surprised to find that it's double-sided. There is a handful of images from the fest, and a full ticket stub set atop an image of the crowd. The sky looks to have a faint Van Halen striped pattern to it.
• Released in 2012.
